Kakadu Elevated Pet Cot Review & Giveaway

I don’t know about you, but I’ve discovered that I don’t like pet beds like these:

Why, you ask?

Because if you have long haired dogs like I do, they collect hair down in the corners.  And hair sticks to the outside.  And hair doesn’t like to come off of them even with a lint brush. Oh, and the bottoms usually end up getting holes in them and foam falls out all over the place when you try to wash them.

So, I came up with a solution for my dogs’ hair problems (aside from just brushing them every day, mind you).

The Kakadu Elevated Pet Cot

This works much, much better for us.  It’s easier to clean under with a vacuum and it doesn’t accumulate nearly as much fur as the other Wal-Mart-style beds out there.  (I say “Wal-Mart-style” because they’re typically the only type of pet beds you can get at Wal-Mart.)

Vacuuming the surface of it is the best way to get surface dirt and hair off of it, but if it gets dirty other than that, you can take the cover off and throw it in the washing machine.

So, I’m going to share the love with you guys and give away one of these.  Whoever the winner is will get one of these pet beds in the size of their choosing:

  • Small – 24”x18”x7”
  • Medium – 30”x24”x7”
  • Large – 36”x30”x7”

If you don’t want to wait to win, you can check them out on Amazon here.

Contest begins 9/14 and ends 9/28.

OMG. I have another comment. Just an FYI. I liked the page, but now says no LIKES again.. so I guess I’m not the only one to like it.

I think I need some sleep.

I need some pet steps for my older dog–many that I have seen are too shallow to probably be comfortable for him, or too expensive–so would like to see them.

Hmm…how about one of those things you put in your yard and it is supposed to attract the dog to pee there? Don’t know what it’s called. And the drinkwell pet fountains.

I would LOVE an indestructible toy. So far in my dog’s life, they don’t exist.

She went through a huge antler in less than four weeks! Those suckers are supposed to last for a year!

Are you aware that you have misspelled your twitter name in the tweet? You have it spelt @Reviewsbyrache1. Its spelt like that on the twitter like entry as well, so it doesn’t show your actual twitter link.

and your retweet post doesn’t work for the same reason, you have your twitter name with a 1 at the end instead of a letter L
