If I was too win this it would be for my oldest daughter who is out on her own- I am trying to teach her how to use a crock pot to make her life a little simpler when it comes to cooking dinner and having a baby and busy lifestyle. For me a crackpot is a blessing-working and raising kids on my own can be very busy and hectic at times and when the crackpot was introduced to me (it was later on in life) and I think I said “Where the heck you been all my life?” I grew up watching a mother & grandmother slave over the stove and then I married into a culture that loves to cook from scratch and lots of it (food.) I have worked all my life and came home everyday to cook a big meal for my family-I didn’t know what to do with a crackpot- but I sure do now and I can cook almost everything as I had with out one-but I don’t have to stand over it-I can go to work and about my day-and have a meal ready when I come home-What a blessing!!

It’s so easy to make dinner using a crockpot….and LOVE it for parties. Once I put caramel in a crockpot and chopped apple up in paper boats….oh yum!…pour it over!
